脉络舒通丸联合盐酸沙格雷酯治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效观察(1)
摘要 目的：观察并分析脉络舒通丸联合盐酸沙格雷酯治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年8月至2018年8月湖北省荆门市第二人民医院收治的血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者102例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组51例。对照组患者给予盐酸沙格雷酯片口服治疗，观察组患者给予盐酸沙格雷酯片联合脉络舒通丸口服治疗。观察并分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为88.24%，对照组总有效率为80.39%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：脉络舒通丸联合盐酸沙格雷酯可有效缓解血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者的主要临床症状，改善血液流变学指标，治愈率较高，疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Effects of Mailuo Shutong Pills Combined with Sarpogrelate Hydrochloride on the Treatment of Thromboangiitis Obliterans

Abstract Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Mailuo Shutong Pills combined with sarpogrelate hydrochloride in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO).Methods：From August，2016 to August，2018，102 patients with thromboangiitis obliterans admitted to Jingmen No.2 People′s Hospital who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects，and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method，with 51 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral treatment of sarpogrelate hydrochloride tablets，while those in the observation group were given oral treatment of sarpogrelate hydrochloride tablets combined with Mailuo Shutong Pills.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were observed and analyzed.Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.24%，and that in the control group was 80.39% and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Mailuo Shutong Pill combined with sarpogrelate hydrochloride can effectively alleviate the main clinical symptoms of TAO patients，improve the hemorheology indexes，and have a high cure rate and significant curative effect.

血栓闭塞性脉管炎(Thromboangiitis Obliterans，TAO)是一种主要损伤四肢远端中小动静及浅静脉的周围血管炎性反应和由血栓形成导致的闭塞性病变[1-2]，通常出现在下肢，可侵袭血管全层，致使管腔狭窄、闭塞，会造成严重症状和体征，具有慢性、进行性、持续性和阶段性的特点，但不存在或极少存在粥样硬化[3-4]。常见于有重度嗜烟史的青壮年男性，且多在气温较低的冬季发病，女性、老年较为少见，在我国发病率较高，是常见的周围血管病之一[5]。其发病机制尚不完全清楚，多认为与交感神经功能紊乱，使血管容易痉挛，也可能与某些引起的自身免疫反应的病原生物有关[6]，目前国内外研究认为吸烟是TAO的诱因，在这种疾病的患者中，吸烟人员的比例高达60%～90%[7-8]。除吸烟外，遗传、内分泌紊乱、创伤、病毒或真菌感染、潮湿、寒冷、营养不良等也可能是发病的诱因。, http://www.100md.com(李玲 宋毅 孙成磊 商素珍 李祥)
